About Our Business
Our business is helping other people succeed in theirs!
I was convinced I needed to become a coach after witnessing two
things:
1. Powerful examples of the value and transformations that
coaching can provide and
2. The challenges professionals face every day. Many
professionals, like lawyers are in small and solo practice, but were
never trained as entrepreneurs. Where was that course in sales,
rainmaking, customer service, client counseling, and billing in
school? What are your realistic options to leverage your
professional background if you leave practice?
I am in a unique position to help guide you for these questions and
others. I started a solo practice from nothing. Later, I left practice
and climbed the corporate ladder. I have years of experience
managing and coaching attorneys and understand the unique
characteristics of people with professional degrees and their
needs.
What can I do for you? I can create with you a process to move you
forward toward your goals. While I have expertise in law practice,
legal careers and sales, the solutions will come from our
discussions rather than me dispensing canned advice from my
experience.
